If you, like me, are in the Sandwich Generation, with children and/or ageing parents whilst also trying to juggle your own life, then this blog will be of interest to you as I discuss how you can help your parents.
Really it is just about talking and thinking about the issues that may affect them as we go into later life – what they should have in place to protect them and what care options are out there if they find they need a bit more help along the way.
I am hoping that my blogs help pass on my specialist later life knowledge and nearly 30 years of experience looking after families to show you that rather than facing a crisis or panicking about the future there is a way forward.
