what we asked our followers on social media, with 87% of them saying no.
As you may have seen, Stephenson Harwood has offered this choice to their non-partners
and have made it clear that if someone opts for this then they are unlikely to be made a
partner in the future. Quite a choice to make. The firm has said they didn’t expect many
employees would take the 20% pay cut and that it was aimed more at employees who had
moved out of London and therefore have lower living costs.
